NTT Communications is a global leader in all Internet-related business. Their involvement in the development and deployment of IPv6--the Internet Protocol Version that will replace the Internet as we know it today--makes them a key player in the Telecommunications industry. IPv6 technology will allow for the allocation of millions of addresses to every person on the planet, and will provide us with the space we need to move forward technologically. The transition to the new protocol is inevitable, and NTT Communications is one of few companies that can help make the shift seamless.

We’ve reached the two-year warning for the depletion of IPv4 addresses and the time to make the transition to IPv6 is now. Time to spread the word. So we built a microsite focused on everything IPv6 to increase NTT Communications' v6 presence on the web. v6atwork.com is a place for information to be shared and questions answered. It's both a marketing site for the client and a community-based site for the user. True to their capabilities, we positioned NTT Communications as an IPv6 thought leader, spreading this messaging across three sections of the site: v6 Brainwaves, v6 In Action, and the v6 Bulletin.

v6 Brainwaves

The v6 Brainwaves section features posts from advocates in the IPv6 community to stimulate forum discussions around their points of view. Breaking away from the usual forum free-for-all, the opportunity for conversation is driven by the topics highlighted by credible IPv6 leaders.

v6 In Action

v6 In Action features case study examples of major companies that have already transitioned to IPv6 with NTT Communications. The case studies walk through how each company transitioned, how IPv6 has increased their capabilities, and where they’ll go next. By highlighting the possibilities and communicating through examples, we're removing the anxiety, fear, and the unknown surrounding this inevitable multi-industry shift.

v6 Bulletin

The v6 Bulletin is an up-to-date stream of news and event information to help keep people and businesses informed on what’s current with IPv6.

We drove visitors to the site and invited them to join the conversation through an integrated email and online advertising campaign. The community has continued to grow with each new topic posted to the site, bringing people into the future of the Internet quickly and easily.
